Inspirational...

I came across this video while browsing in youtube few minutes ago. I stick to watching the whole 15 minutes video because she include green tea's on her diet plan list. 

Yes. I crave for green tea every day. 

Tapi mengapa saya tidak loose weight as much as beliau does?

And then she said, dia minum 3 times a day + before tidur minum air panas campur lemon and honey + minum air masak banyak2. 

Okay. Saya ni memang susah nak minum air sebenarnya. ;p

Saya sebenarnya dah lama tinggal diet. Dah lama tinggal activity working out. I used to weigh 120kg before and then manage to lose weight sampai 77kg. But then datang setan suruh makan nasi lemak hari2 setiap pagi lepas tu berat naik balik. Padan muka. Sobs

Now, I wanna continue where I left of. So lepas ni nak stock up green tea banyak2 and mula habit baru minum honey lemon juice everyday before tidur. 

And I need to start eating oats again. Also stop with too much sugary and carbohydrate meal. No more fast food. Lepas ni masak sendiri sahaja okay? Kalau malas nak masak, makan cereal sahaja. Remember, that oats helps to reduce dari rasa lapar berlebihan. And take more fiber base food. Yay! Boleh om nom nom on almond. \\(^o^)//

Anyway about video dekat atas tu, she is such an inspirational. I mean look at her now. Babi jealous sial! I want a body like that.  Meh nak post some of her tips;

How To Lose Weight Fast & Easy w/ NO EXERCISE.

Foods That will help you see results in 2 weeks:
Lemon / Lime
Pineapples
Apples
Prunes (After or Before every meal {CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SNACKING).
GreenTea ( For 3 - 4 months [MORNING + LATE AFTERNOON + EVENING] half an hour after every meal.
Oolong Tea / Wulong Tea (After 3 - 4 months). half an hour after every meal.
Honey + Lemon + Hot Water (Before Sleeping).

WOMEN: less than 1200 Calories. (Per day)
MEN: less than 1900 Calories. (Per day)

TIPS & WARNINGS:
Green Tea & Oolong is best from either a traditional Chinese market/store or Walmart.
Do not add too much honey to your prior sleep drink because it can cause heartburn as normal honey does.
Do not Eat over 5 - 6 Prunes a day. It might cause irritation to your bowl movement.
Do not go overboard with Pineapples and Apples just because it helps burn fat. Everything should be eaten in healthy quantities. Fruits can cause uncomfortable bloating or a beautiful gassy BUM!!! hahahaha
Eat frozen yogurt instead of regular Ice cream.

Saya nak cuba cara beliau. Saya nak challenge self. I like her style sebab ada Green Tea. Eheheheheheh. Ok. So today I shall start. Malam ni dah kene start work out. Nasib baik stock green tea baru sampai tadi. And I still have honey and lemon dalam fridge, so boleh perah sendiri.
